1. Carriage of Freight

All transportation services provided by A.J'S GARDEN DEPOT LLC are subject to available capacity and route feasibility. We operate under the standard bill of lading conditions, and our 17 years of operational excellence ensure that we adhere to the highest industry protocols. You'll find that our transit times are estimates, though we maintain an 98% on-time delivery rate across the Tri-State area.

2. Liability and Claims

Liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to the values declared at the time of booking. It's not a suggestion; it's a requirement. We don't assume responsibility for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays. For high-value transit, we strongly recommend additional cargo insurance through our preferred forwarding partners.

3. Warehousing and Inventory

Our warehouses for freight transportation are climate-controlled and monitored 24/7. Storage fees are calculated based on pallet footprint and turnover rate. We assume no liability for inherent vice or damage caused by improper packaging provided by the shipper. If you're storing perishables, specific temperature-controlled agreements must be signed prior to arrival at our West Harrison facility.
